"Years ago, I had a custom ring made and, through no fault of the original designer, I just didn't like the piece. Unfortunately, the original jeweler closed and I was not able to go back to them for help. I took the ring to Hupp at the recommendation of a friend, to see if they could "fix it." On a busy Saturday, seeing the ring for the very first time, the staff member who waited on me said yes, of course they could help! She offered an immediate and affordable suggestion to simply add a couple small stones. The redesign was done in a short amount of time, and the ring is beautiful!
