"The anesthesiologist was very unprofessional, created more on going medical problems due to negligence and poor bed side manner. Did not do patient range of motion checks or even check airway during or after surgery. Feel as if I was let down by someone that should have been a professional I'mn the field and not have blinders or feel things were routine. Then when I disputed the bill after insurance payed there portion and told them I would suee for malpractice or they could just wipe off the small remaining amount, I received a call from the collection agency again after they told me it was in dispute. This is the worst company ever."

"The WORST billing operations of any company I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with!!! I have been going back and forth with them for 7 months regarding a bill that they refuse to add info to in order for my insurance company to process the claim. After multiple conversations with staff and supervisors who promise to update the billing info and fax to insurance, nothing gets done. Yet, every month, I receive the same invoice for the same amount and am now being threatened with a collection agency. How about you idiots process the claim the way you've repeatedly been instructed to do??? An absolute nightmare dealing with this joke of a billing department. Anesthesiologists are a dime a dozen. Insist your surgeon use one of the many other resources out there!"
"Anesthesiologists were very professional and entertaining during my c-section. *****PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ANY BILLS RECEIVED***** Billing is another story. Spoke with a rep regarding my bill, they were a little snooty and talked over me. I received a bill for $1700, the wrong date of service was billed and insurance denied for no authorization. Therefore, it is NOT the patient's responsibility to pay that bill, when I told the rep this, they got quiet and said they would "note that on my account." Seems like someone skipped a few steps on working the account/denial correctly. If you get a denial for "no authorization" your supposed to call the member's health plan to make sure authorization is or isn't required, and if it is, you ask if a retro authorization can be obtained. If no retro authorization can be obtained, you write that amount off, you do not bill the patient. Once a patient brings this error to the billing department over voicemail, the biller should "work" the account, resubmit with a correct date of service, or adjust accordingly, depending on what is going on with the account, when your still in the patient's account, you should give the patient a call and let them know what is going on. The rep I spoke with seemed irritated, maybe because I know what I'm talking about? Maybe because I knew my bill wasn't correct and wanted them to correct it??"
