"2019 I turned in my amendment for my 2018 taxes for being overseas, and my federal taxes were rejected. They straightened it out which was good. Fast forward to February 2020, turn in my 2019 w-2, I never once received any sort of contact for a 6 weeks so I go in there to make sure everything was fine. The lady who did my taxes, or I should say DIDNT do my taxes seemed caught off guard. I asked if 3verything was good to go and she said "just waiting for the CPA to sign off on it." Trusting my gut I go back 2 days later, she was busy so I asked for her to call me. An hour later she calls, and she obviously didn't do my taxes because she startibg asking me a bunch of questions that shouldn't had been asked 6 weeks into me turning in my documents. So I call Craig Turpen, he obviously doesn't appreciate when people do not agree with his/ his employees performance because he assured me that he would make it right.... that was the week of March 9th. I called back the first week of May... still not done. 3 months my taxes sat in their office, and when I go to get my papers from them to go somewhere else NOT A SINGLE OWNER talked to me, tried to make right, or try to establish any future business with me. I turned my papers in that day to Tammy Ketchum at HR BLOCK and 3 days later it was sent out. I wasn't happy to pay the high price for it, but at that point Lucifer himself could have asked for my soul to do my taxes and I would have agreed. I'm sure Craig and the rest of them there aren't concerned or phased by losing my business and thats fine, but it wasn't their table that was going without because of their complacency. I dont judge people by their mistakes, I judge them by their character. And that office has none. Do not recommend"
