"Very nice place, I delt with one person and she was very nice and on top of her game. I called to see if they had gift certificates because my daughter's birthday was approaching and she likes to shop there for Crystal's and some tea blends. So we got a gift certificate. I went to the store after calling and she had the gift certificate ready. The most impressive thing I noted was how helpfull kind and patient she was dealing with the customer in front of me. It was an older women who had a battery of questions. I don't know how to say this but a "Lesser" professional attendant would have gotten impatient and snippy. And when it was my turn she didn't skip a beat. Also check out this awesome gift certificate. Very impressive."
