The service at this location is always incredible, they immediately greet with a smile as walking in to the store. Which, the staff is friendly and helpful as I had special requests in the past and they were flexible plus accommodating. I appreciate the service that they provide not only just once but ongoing service. I know the price may seem high however getting a extreme high quality plus service that will last a life time. There are not many jewelry stores I’ll go to for the simple reason of service. In addition to: shopping online is not the same with jewelry. There are two sides of the store, one of what they are known for: sterling silver. While the other is gold, rings, and etc. Although the store is divided someone will help you whatever you are looking for, I have yet to have someone refer me another area. I continue to come in for cleanings (and purchases) and the service has yet to change; it’s great!"
