"I met Blake Hornsby early 2020. By August, my wife and I had submitted all the documentation he asked for to get our life insurance set up. Blake told me underwriting would take 4-6 weeks. I waited more than 5 MONTHS to get an official quote on my life insurance policy. During the 5 months I waited, there were billing issues which caused both my bank account to be charged multiple times per month. Blake claimed to be knowledgeable about Mass Mutual disability insurance. He told my wife and I that it would save money to put my wife's old disability insurance on a quarterly billing plan while we waited for the new Northwestern Mutual policy to take affect. Turns out the Mass Mutual disability insurance was not eligible for this billing plan, so my wife was forced to pay for two disability policies for multiple months. This cost thousands of dollars unnecessarily. Throughout this process, it was difficult to communicate with Blake and his team. While Blake seems like a very nice person, I would not recommend his services to anyone. UPDATE: After reading this review, Blake told me he would be pursuing talks with corporate counsel if I did not remove it."
