Alexa was super sweet, she showed compassion, empathy and kindness when I let her know the purpose of my order. She took the time to send me pics of the plant I had in mind. "Alright, hands down the best flower shop around. From the easy to use website down to the punctual delivery, absolutely nothing negative about the entire experience. I learned about this shop from a delivery to one of my co-workers that was speedy but not rushed and friendly but not creepy. The best part about it is that the delivery driver didn't just leave the flowers with some random people that didn't even know what this unlucky recipient looked like, and yes it did happen (more than once). She went above and beyond to make it special for us and to see that we were happy with it. She was very knowledgeable when we asked for a specific color of flowers... she was able to offer several types to us and show us examples.
