"I have been here 2 times. The first time they were so kind and helpful. Because of this I went back. My dad passed away and I asked could they make an arrangement and sent the picture. They said no problem. If I can add the pictures I will. It looked nothing like what I ordered. I was very upset. I spoke to the owner who began to tell me she lost money on this and I was interrupting her daughters game and also custom orders are all sales final. I am sure they do an amazing job most of the time but when they don't well no matter the heart break you're going through they don't care. I appologized to her daughter for being hateful but I was so upset."
