"We watched Carmel Home Pros work on one of our neighbors exteriors and were impressed with their quality of work. We asked them to give us an estimate on replacing 8 T-11 panels and a fair amount of rotten trim. We received an estimate that we thought was not only fair and accurate, but well communicated. The estimate told us how many hours they estimated to do each portion of the job, cost of supplies etc. *We received exactly what we asked for and then some. During the process, we asked if they could replace a few more T-11 panels, increasing the count to 11, just to have one entire side of our house up to date as opposed to a few new pieces and a few old pieces. *We asked them for primed trim and they delivered with primed composite trim that will last longer. *We asked them to install two second story bathroom windows which we provided. They installed them, professionally and trimmed them out both outside and inside. And cleaned up after themselves inside my house. *We have loads of kids in our cul-de-sac who are always running back and forth between our house and their friends house. Carmel Home Pros has their own kids and understood why it was important to us that they leave the areas they worked in like they found them. And they did, every day. The work was great, but the communication was important to us as well. They were professional, peaceful and talented."
