"First off, I'm not a friend or relative with a fake review. The proprietor of this establishment is out of his realm. The attached pics speak for themselves. I brought a gold-lapis cross in for replacement of a missing piece. Just ONE TINY PIECE! And after 3 months...that's right, THREE MONTHS, I'm left with a piece that's now in PIECES and worse than when I brought it in! I could sue or bring it to the attention of the Better Business Bureau, but because of my good nature (which this person CLEARLY took advantage of with his 'dog ate my homework' excuses along the way), and the spirit of the holiday season, I will forgo the matter. I'm a guy who likes to support the small business man and to have faith in my fellow man. Well this person has surely tested, but not broken, my faith in humanity. In conclusion, the only rocks, stones, minerals this person should be handling are charcoal briquettes...if that!"
