"I went there to get my daughter’s id Bracelet fixed. I had to get gold added on, but her bracelet was rolled out instead of adding gold that I paid for (told by another jewelry store). Plus the id plate is now flimsy and bendable, I paid for extra gold to be added, but instead the plate was stretched. Customer service was nice, but I was cheated."
"The customer service here is amazing. They even send out personal thank you cards---now who does that anymore? It's a really nice touch. Maria was able to fix one of my favorite watches that another place couldn't do. If I didn't live so far away from this place, I would give them my business more often.
