"I relocated from IL to IN. I received care from my previous provider for 15+ yrs. I was not looking forward to finding a new provider - that was until I met Dr. Chandana Vavilala. I was impressed by the thoroughness of review of my previous medical history. I also appreciate her approach as she not only cared for me physically, but also addressed my spiritual and emotional needs. She is also compassionate and very knowledgeable. Since my first visit, she continues to provide excellent patient care. For a recent visit, I had sheduled an appointment for a specific concern. After addressing that concern, Dr. Vavilala asked if I had any other concerns. She was patient and did not rush me. I also appreciate the staff at the office, especially Sue and Dana. They are prompt to return my calls and patient messages."

"I'm sure Doctor Vavilala is very knowledgeable and I'd like to assume a good doctor, unfortunately, this was not my experience whatsoever. I've never endured a more cold, unconcerned, uncompassionate doctor in my entire life. I went to see Doctor Vavilava pertaining to a very specific ailment. She didn't even ask to look at this area nor did she even touch me the entire examination, or rather the lack thereof an examination. She seemed too preoccupied to really listen to my concerns. I honestly couldn't be more disgusted and dissatisfied with this level of medical care. Unfortunately, but most certainly, I would NEVER recommend Dr. Chandana Vavilala to anyone seeking a compassionate, concerned, thorough physician."

"Dr. Vavilala is patient and kind. She takes time with her patients. I have a mother and in mother-in-law that both go to her. She's a very good doctor."

"My husband had a massive stroke Oct 2020. After coming home from the rehab facility in December, Dr. Valvilala took the time to review his medication and over see his care, she even called me after hours to go over his medication. Now a little over a year later, our last visit was in office and I was very pleased with the time she took with my husband and myself. My husband has aphasia from the stroke and Dr. definitely listened to my concerns, adjusted medications. Being an internal medicine doctor, I feel she is very knowledgeable. Her office is very quick to respond through MyChart and I know I probably drive Dana crazy with all my messages and requests, but I never feel like it’s a bother even when they’ve called me. Those that want to complain because her office “requires” mask wearing….get over it. I haven’t found one doctor’s office that doesn’t since this whole mess started!"

"Dr. Vavilala is wonderful. I have found the best doctor that I have ever had and I'm in my 60's. She is very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. I would highly recommend her. And, her requirement for wearing a mask is totally within her right. She understands the science and sees many patients all day long. Wearing a mask protects all of her patients as well as herself. If she didnt require a mask, I would be highly skeptical."
