"The eye technician and doctor were great! My concern came in at the retail end. I received an email stating that the 60% complete pair sale is still active today and it also says it on LensCrafters website. Two of the ladies told me that the sale ended even after I showed them that it was still active. I’m not sure that I got the best value for my money at this point. I know that this will be my last year going to that location."

"F/u. The manager Christine followed up with me and has been a great assistance. I even returned with my mom and she was blown away by how thorough the examinations are as well as how patient Dr Lawless was with her. She said no clinic or doctor ever explained things to her as thoroughly. She is 86. I highly Recommend this place. My initial experience had an issue but management listened, rectified it and that led me to return with my mom. I appreciate this practice."

"My doctor was nice and checked for everything. He was real informative regarding my contacts. There was a lady who helped picked my frames. I had two in mind but she said they wouldn’t work with my prescription. I was set on the purple pair but she went and grabbed another, smaller pair and they were actually cute on me. This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back."

"My experience was great! I've used this store before but not with the remote Dr. The techs were great. They had some technical difficulties to deal with but they made sure I knew what was going on. After a wait, the Dr. appeared. The screen was large and the sound was clear. The Dr. Had a calm and reassuring manner. She reviewed everything with me and answered my questions. Howard was helpful and closed my purchase. I'll use them again. Can't wait to get my new glasses!"
