"Raising my nephew for the last 10 years and his father refuses to pay child support. He owes over $10000.00 and because he makes 2 payments of $51 in 2 years the prosecutor gives his driver's licence back and another court date in 2 months. I guess working for cash isn't considered income?? Myself and his uncle were not even given the chance to speak in court. And it took us over a year and a half to get him to court this time. Mean while myself and his uncle raise his son without even a thank you! Who is supposed to be on this child's side not this prosecutor!!"
