"My Husband called and inquired about laws pertaining to Indiana statue of Limitations on child support arrears. He was not trying to file any type of case. Just wanted that law explained in details from a legal perspective. The person who’s voice is on the voice message on their business line. Was Very rude and didn’t give him a chance to ask anything but spoke all over his voice and told him you don’t have a case and hung up on him. When I called back to try. To get some answers myself that person did the exact same thing to me didn’t give me a chance to explain anything just said he doesn’t have a case good by and hung up the phone while I was still on the line .. that was So Rude and Unprofessional. I don’t care if the services are free or not that’s not an excuse to treat the person needing help any kind of way. No work ethic …you do not stand for what your Mission stands for:"

"This man called me VERY rude. Unprofessional Non Efficient After I left a VERY detailed message regarding my matter I could not believe what I was hearing. For a second I felt like I couldn’t CHECK him because it is a free service But NO. YOU VOLUNTEERED IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DO THE WORK I SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER CAREER THAT BEST SUITS YOU.
