"I only went twice. My third appt was cancelled because someone called in sick - WLV was accommodating in trying to fit me in the same week but none of the times worked for me. I thought this was unfortunate until I was able to get an appt nearby at Partners Vet on Elizabeth St and I walked out of that appt realizing just how mediocre WLV is. Prices at Partners were reasonable, they understood how to welcome a dog that is anxious at the vet, and they were the nicest people (all opposite of my experience at WLV). Take your money and give people a try who are actually deserving of your business and will take care of your pet."

"I’ve had a mixed experience with West Loop Veterinary Care, but I recently started seeing Dr. Lopez and she is fantastic! In the past with the other vets I’ve seen at this clinic, I felt they were very quick to propose very costly treatment, then make me feel like I’m a poor pet parent for not going these extreme routes for very routine issues. However, Dr. Lopez is fantastic! She is very friendly and empathetic. I really trust her medical recommendations and thought they were all very sensible first steps to treat my dog’s illness. This clinic is very expensive though, but after shopping around in the area I felt the convenience was worth it. Glad I have pet insurance!"

"Amazing vet. All staff, doctors, technicians etc. are incredibly well informed, kind and helpful. Extremely well informed and they explain things very well, including emphasizing where parts of the recommended care plan are optional or could be delayed. Candidly the only “con” is the cost. They are incredibly expensive but they are also incredibly aware and I’ve heard from others patients that they will walk the owners through the any questions around this. They are also independently owned and operated which is evident in the care they provide."

"This was our Fist time at Veterinary Care West Loop! I cannot thank Dr. Osborn, and her team enough for the warm welcome feels! From the moment I walked in, and when I left. There was nothing be absolute care for Hero and I. You can just feel it from everyone! I am very happy with the level of care, and information provided to us from our first visit. I also felt very emotional at how well they handled my Pup Hero. He gets Extremely Anxious, Scared, etc. whenever he comes in to see the Doctor. Having Maura, and Dr. Osborn take care of us, was nothing but Amazing. Their level of professionalism and Care was something that I have not experienced yet. I was very moved.
