He is a very busy person rarely takes off work. He’s sitting on table in gown waiting nurse comes in to say Dr Krueger is sick. On a Friday at Spring Break time. This is second time this happened to him. It happened twice to me."

"Dr. Evans is old school in the best ways. She makes me feel like I am actually a part of my own care team (which is so empowering) and supports me in various treatment options. She uses critical thinking skills, listens to her patients and validates their experiences. I am grateful that my dad and I see Dr. Evans as our primary physician."

"Called twice to attempt to make an appointment, and because literally everything is a symptom of COVID they refused to see me. I’ve told them my symptoms have been going on for 3 months, and they didn’t care. “Lower abdominal pain” is how menstral cramps are classified and you’ll get a $100 phone call appointment only. They didn’t listen to my really symptoms, where the pain was coming from just heard what they wanted to hear and refused to allow me to see the doctor at a real appointment. A 1% fealty rate virus scares this medical doctors. They don’t trust that you know your own body. My first appointment with this office over the summer of 2020 I was put on a medicine that I said I’m allergic to, was out on a medicine for migraines that made them worse, and then when I called (after a 3 day migraine, worst I’ve had in 15 years) I’m charged for an appointment when I called for a rescue medicine to help get rid of my migraine. Overall I think this office could be great, I chose it because of the reviews but I think they fail to listen to their patients, and are quick to take the easy way out (ie: phone doctors appointment). I liked the nurse practitioner I saw, and would have continued to go here if I was given the option to make an appointment in 2 weeks, or to do a phone consult with the promise of an in person but the fearful front desk associates made this impossible. I would be willing to adjust my review if the doctor’s office wants to make this right. If you’re seeing this posted, they still don’t care."

"I have been seeing Dr Krueger for about 3-4 years and stumbled upon her by accident and am SOOOO glad that I did! I work in the emergency medical field so I am quite a bit jaded when it comes to doctors. You have to really standout to get my attention. From the first meeting I had with Dr Krueger and every single appt, phonecall, or medical interaction that I have had until now(including this morning) and hopefully well well into the future, I will trust my life and those of my family her. Dr Krueger is the most attentive doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is not just there to listen to you say” I have a sore throat doctor, give me a script.” She will accurately diagnose your ailment and treat it appropriately, and might even find a few you did not know that you had. Her bedside manner is second to none. I will say she is not a 3 minute in and out doctor. She takes the time to TRULY listen to you, ask questions, answer questions, etc. I have had her spend 45 minutes in a room with me and I never felt rushed. My God.. who does that? She does!!! I have suffered many ailments from time spent in NYC on 9/11 during the first 10 days at the WTC. She has taken time to research WTC first responder illnesses, which floored me that she did. She has treated my several physical illnesses that have arisen from that deployment, and has also has treated with graciousness and non judgemental care, the illnesses that developed over time that you can’t quite see on an X-ray or blood test. The care that she has given me from that alone is purely outstanding! I know that her books are closed at the time as far as taking new patients, but if they ever reopen, do not hesitate to see this wonderful woman. Dr Krueger.. if you read these... thank you for everything you have ever done for me and I’m honored to be your patient. May you have many years of a successful practice and treat the smallest case of athletes foot to the most serious of life threatening illnesses and disease. Thank you once again. SL"
