"They need to add their email address online so they can be reached via Email! Cannot leave any messages about any issues you run into because there is no voicemail set up at all. I'm praying that the good Lord puts some pep in Charles step before we go back to family court in November(next month). Because he did not speak up and I did not feel defended at all last time we went to court. He spoke up when the last subject was brought up, the child support. Other than that I literally felt like I was defending myself. Maybe Charles you'll read these and understand where some people are coming from since I'm obviously not the only one that's been paying you and not getting the defense I need on my case. I'm hoping these reviews will help you to improve your work. I expect after it being two years now, that you would have done even just a little bit for me to get to see my daughters but you haven't done hardly anything for me. I will make sure to pay you all I owe you but only because I care about my credit score, because I don't feel that you have truly tried your best to help me get my daughters back like you are supposed to do your very best, does it even matter to you at all? I appreciated your enthusiasm and your stern defense you had shown in the very beginning I had assumed that you would fight for me and you'd do great in court but I was wrong. I'm just praying it was an off day for you because everyone has days like this sometimes we are all human. Will you PLEASE prove me wrong and do your job next time we have court? I will erase this review and add my new opinion after you prove me wrong, gladly! Help me get my daughters back Charles please do your job it's been too long since I've been away from my girls and I'd appreciate some help or I will find better help because I'm about to that point. Just being completely honest about everything so that's my review. Hope it helps."

"We bought some property, went to the office for the closing. The paperwork was backward, buyer and seller mixed up. Names spelled wrong, etc. It was corrected. Prepaid to have the deed recorded, was told we would get it in rhe mail in a couple of days. 3 weeks later, I called. " Still laying in a basket, not yet recorded. Must have gotten overlooked or covered up". I was told. Very poor organization and efficiency!! Wouldn't recommend this practice."
