"I retained April as I was an out of state and was pulled over illegally by Indiana state trooper for going 71 miles per hour on freeway. Upon being pulled over the trooper illegally searched my vehicle contraband was found. I was released on scene and given notice to appear. From day 1 dusty her paralegal was kind and answered all questions. They went to work. Aggressively, objecting to charges subpoena body cam footage which magically disappeared and dash cam footage was edited. The state’s case started to fall apart. Troopers statement of pulling me over contradictory to the facts. Pulled for for 1 mile over speed limit from statement but the notice said 15 over. Which one is it?? State dropped the speeding ticket then the contraband. Well, the state could not prove its reasonable reasons to violate my 4th amendment rights. When he found noting in car he searched every single bag every single cubby hole in trunk which was locked until He found something. Ultimately she motioned for suppression of evidence which ultimately the DA dropped all charges and automatically expunged the records this to protect the state from lawsuit for an4th amendment violation. "Miss Edwards charged me $1,500 to represent me in four cases and told me that she would get me specialized driving and represent me in all the cases. She told me to get SR-22 so she could get me specialized driving which I did. Her office failed to file the correct paperwork the first time so she then called me asking for more money. It took me a little bit to come up with that money and they asked to take it out of my bond which at first I said no because it wasn't my money but then after speaking with my mother who posted Bond I told them that it would be fine to take the money out of my bond. Then I got a new charge in Vanderburgh county and she told me that she would not represent me in that case. So I told her office that I would be looking for another lawyer to represent me in that case so I might as well just have that lawyer handle my specialized driving as well. She then dropped me and refused to give me any money back. I spoke to her on the phone she was belligerent screaming like a mad teenager and making no sense. I highly highly highly recommend not using her."
