"Before you book their service, they are communicative and consistent. After you order the service, everything changes. They automatically changed my scheduled pickup date to be much later than I planned without notifying me at all, resulting in their staffs wouldn't be able to come to my apartment to pick up my belongings because I live off-campus and have traveled to a different place on that pickup date. They are not reliable and inconsistent and are not responding to calls or emails. Not sure why my university chose to collaborate with them."
