"Zack is a joke calls you into his office and ask what you do you wanna do and you give him the details and the go ahead to file a lawsuit and 2 weeks later calls ya in for repeat of 2 weeks past because he didnt hit a lick. Then bills you and 0 is acomplished then he can send a bill perfectly fine but paper work he sends to a empty lot because he lost your address. Fails to live up to his own contract i did more work in the case than he did but he paid his self. Then your not suppose to be upset that you been with his office for like a month plus and onky thing he did was mail out a letter and copy my files. He also discusses others cases in front of you and charges both parties for it i spent a good while listening to him go over a 15 page court document with a guy on speaker with the client while sitting next to me. So much for the privacy act ! When asked to see proof of any work or even a excuse he ignored me clearly because mailing a letter is hard work to him. How can you be a lawyer and have meetings with a client and then not do the job your paid for then blame the client for your lack of responsibility to the case. Pretending the conversation never took place and billing me for it just proves the type of person your dealing with. Guy shakes your hand and said ill get it done and be in contact then does 0 is ridiculous. If you cant remember to do your job then retire! Your a risk to your clients! He even had to ask me what he was charging per hour and then they had a issue figuring what they owe me and basically $1000 bill and what i got was letter mailed since he forgot to do anything else! Thats robbery in its finest form!"
