"Pay your people. $16 an hour for backbreaking work. Also flex shifts, picking up shifts is great for a part time job, not so much if you want full time. They cap your hours constantly so most weeks you will be lucky to get 30 hours. Also since scheduling is just you picking up shifts on an app you never get a set schedule. There are positive and negatives to their scheduling but it's not great for full time employment. They "surge" shifts but that is just a way to make your checks more confusing so you never know what you really make. Also beware of snappy "rewards" as they tax them and take from your check."

"Been a contract driver for about 15 months. It's not too bad. Pretty easy work with delivery. The deliveries seem to have gotten further out, but when they offer higher pay, it can be worth it at times. What I like most is choosing my own schedule."

"The training process was unbecoming and unprofessional. My trainer was over thinking and was extremely overly sensitive to anything that was said. I felt I couldn't say or do anything without triggering this young lady. I felt mistreated and misplaced the whole time. The entire situation. Overall the process wasn't terrible. But the ride along portion was absolutely terrible."
