"Thankful that Scotty’s was willing to work with me to finally solve a leaking fuel issue with a gas Echo string trimmer. Was an elusive issue as they took it back to try and figure out the problem even a couple days past the 30 day warranty on a tune up and repair. Met Drew out of it which was a bonus. A tech and I just figure it was a piece of dirt finally lodging itself out of the carb needle valve. Thank you Scotty’s for helping ‘bird dog’ with/for me. Very satisfied customer here."

"My grandmother was a long time customer of Scotty's. She was incredibly proud of her yard and the landscaping work that Scotty's performed for over 60 years! She would also call them regularly to talk about what they had done, or items that she would like to have completed. Around a year ago the house was sold and those visits came to an end, however the calls to Scotty's did not. She still loved talking to her friends at Scotty's, even though there was no longer a lawn to maintain. Sadly, she passed away recently. At the funeral there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent from Scotty's. We all thought she would love that and thought it was very touching. Then 2 employees came and paid their respects to her. This was incredibly moving for all of us! We knew how much this simple gesture would mean to her. Not sure if this review will put into words how much it meant to the family. They didn't have the part on the shelf but managed to source it the same day - and it wasn't from another local Scag dealer (I called all of them to find this part!)
