"Schafstall never gave us the title for our side by side. They gave us a form that they filled out and a copy of the original title and told us that was all we needed. We went to the dmv to switch over the paperwork and are unable to. We have called and gone to schafstall on multiple occasions including today. They will not give us the title. Until this we had zero issues. We loved the side by side and the sales team. They need to get it together in the documentation side. Waiting for someone to correct this issue. If they ever do as this has been going on for two months now, I will change my review."

"Walked in on a Thursday mid morning. Was fully prepared to walk out with a new UTV Walked around the showroom for 10 minutes plus (a very conservative estimate) and was never approached by any customer service or sales rep. I was the only customer in the store at the time. One employee was sweeping, one was behind the counter and a sales rep was in his office sitting behind the desk. Guess they don’t wanna sell those UTVs bad enough. Walked out. Will not go back."
