"We rented an outdoor heater for out daughter's party and it was embarrassing to set it out. The top was all bent up and the pole was not straight, mind you the cost to rent it was $80.00 and when I emailed with Mike, the owner, he would not do anything about it and did not care. Although he was on vacation in Florida but I thought he would still care about customer service. We will never rent anything from them again."

"I went to my friends wedding back in Oct. And, omg, the rent a tent people and product was terrible. The tables and chairs arrived filthy dirty with stains and food crumbs stuck to them. The lighting was missing several bulbs. The dance floor had no reinforcements under it. Several people were on it when it bowed and dancing had to stop. A child fell on her face because the floor was missing a board. The tents smelled like mildew. Terrible such a wonderdul day soured by poor professionalism and products."

All the items were clean and tent was pretty; the delivery and setup and take down were excellent. The guys arrived on scheduled times and did everything very quickly.
