"They said mailbox was full when it wasn't. I had more than 1 package so it wouldn't fit in the mailbox I didn't get my package cause they are too lazy to put it on the porch. Must of been someone different cause the lady that drives a Subaru and is nice does her job."

"I was suppose to get an important letter about my state benefits & because the mail lady didn’t deliver that letter, I lost my benefits. Now my grandkids won’t be getting Thanksgiving this year. There’s been many times she’s delivered my mail to my neighbors, I’ve had many packages delivered to them as well. The neighbors had their phones they ordered delivered to my home too. Thankfully they ended up in my hands because someone else might not have been as honest as me & kept the phone."

"Very upset with the fact that our post lady can just decide to not deliver packages to our address. That’s pretty much saying your not going to do your job. Claiming that because we have dogs and the previous time she delivered with the dogs where he barked at her startling her and she proceeded to hit him with the package until it opened and the contents spilled out. My husband came out hearing the barking and caught her doing it. We never filed a complaint and now your just going to refuse to do you job?!?!"

"I've lived in New Salisbury for 4 years. I have avoided this post office as much as possible. One of the clerks in there is RUDE. She won't even ask if you prefer a shipping method...she only knows how to ship first class. She has over charged me a few times as well. She has argued with me over ebay addresses to the point I have to get my phone out and physically show her it's correct. Whoever sorts the mail there, CAN NOT READ. They LOST my electric bill, They LOST 2 other bills after that. They deliver MY packages to other houses on my street. Thank god I have honest neighbors. I mean these people make $20 an hr and can't even do their job. I make $10 and slapped with a bunch of late fees thanks to them for losing my bills. This post office might as well be ran by minions."
