"My packages are misdelivered or show up days after they came they have been delivered if at all and it's about 20% of all packages ordered. And I know for an absolute fact that some have been delivered to wrong addresses because on several occasions the recipients of my package, nice folks in the area have been kind enough to go out of there way and look me up on Facebook and contact me through messenger so I could retrieve my package after days of waiting for it to be picked up by USPS. Or just brought it over saying "hey we got your package....again!" And by local I mean 1 mile or more away not direct neighbors."

"Have an express package delivered. It's not been delivered and I have to call the company to find out that Palmyra Post Office says my mailbox is blocked which never happens. Then find out that they've not been even trying to redeliver it. I had to call the company to find where it is. So I wait on the mail person. They don't have it. I call the Post Office they have it but they're not leaving notes letting me know that they have it. Thanks."

"Lived in this town since I was born - Post office folks are always friendly. Used to buy a bunch of stamps in person back in the day and they were always happy to help. Never once have we ever run into a late package from local post - Rain sleet or snow they always stay on the go. Grateful to have one in our small town."
