"When you call for a prescription refill and she refuses to fill it and no one from her staff can call you to let you know, and then you call back to be told this and then they can't get my child in for a week... Now my child has to go to school with no meds, ridiculous!!"

"My family used to see Dr Lapatniuk-Lopez. We didn’t think she had great bedside manner but she seemed competent enough. Somewhere along the way they started having me see Justyna Pomiotlo. This NP caused me so many problems. For one, every complaint of pain was blown off, every appt half the time was her talking to me about nutrition. She seemed to blame everything on my mental health or my weight. I lost 115lbs n the pain was worse! She actually did an x-ray over a decade ago that showed the problem I’m being treated for now. Because no action was taken n I was continuously treated like a drug seeker, I now have to have bilateral hip replacements. This could have been prevented! Not to mention I have 3 autoimmune disorders she missed! And she also missed my costochondritis, she just told me I needed to wear bra more often. I couldn’t hardly breathe without stabbing pain. I ended up going to the ER, another big bill, to get helped n diagnosed. I could go on forever!!!!"

"2023 (Review) They CHARGE $250 for an appointment! They check your blood pressure, heart rate and they ask you to breath in and out and then you tell your symptoms or just for a small thing they charge you 250 dollars. I never going back to this location. It's expensive! I have insurance but this is too much money. My mom lost her insurance that's why I wrote this review 2021 (Review) The assistant nurse judge me, and they told other workers about me something that I should not share here. I heard what they were talking about me when she exited before the doctor came to me We went here for an appointment for my mother, she had some stomach issues and the doctor said it's a problem of some medication, later that week my mother had water on her lungs and we took her to Indianapolis..."

"Terrible. tells you you're wrong about anything. Tells doctor things in compidence then they walk out and bad mouth you and judge you with the rest of the nursing staff same goes for my fiance and apparently everybody else that's left a review... I was just reffered to bring my new born here absolutely not!"

"Dr. Medina was the worst Doctor I've ever seen. Not kind, friendly, or helpful. Front desk staff was also unfriendly and rude. Would not recommend unless you want overcharged and untreated by rude people."
