"We have 3 different porches, why are my things, some of which contain temperature sensitive items, being left on a utility trailer in the driveway away from all 3 different porches? This is ridiculous and just petty and lazy."

"I’m am so tired of no mail delivery , raise the mail box. Lower the mail box. Got a new mail box. Still no mail delivery 3 weeks. I have to drive to Oakland city to pick up my mail. RIDICULOUS. Its Dana the post master. making the decisions. Dana. YOUR job is to get the mail delivered. to the sub. in the lynnville in city route. DO YOUR JOB. deliver mail. or pick another profession. i have two mailboxes up , original and a new one on a pallet .all staked down chose one"

"I honestly don’t know how someone hasn’t done something about Dana. She has an entire town angry. Personally, she left a list of things that was “wrong” with our mailbox, but all the things checked contradicted each other. Somehow our mailbox was both too high and too short, and too close to the road but also too far. A few weeks later we received a letter stating that we had not fixed anything yet, the verbage of the letter literally said “maybe it’s too tall, maybe it’s too short, whatever the issue please fix it”. We went on the USPS website and checked all the mailbox requirements and our mailbox fell in line perfectly. We called Dana to see what the issue is and she said she also didn’t know what was wrong with it but that we needed to fix it or she’s withholding our mail. I know plenty of people having the same issues in our town and everyone is confused. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate. The entire mailbox issue is based off of her daily contact with the mailboxes, the letter are based off of her complaints, yet when we tell them that it’s up to code they still say it’s not good enough."

"We also used to have the nicest mail lady and agree the new mail lady is so very rude!!!! We have had the same mailbox 25+ years or better and it was the same before we moved to our home so I'm pretty sure it has been the same for a good 50+ years and as soon as the carrier changed we have had nothing but problems and when we called to speak to the postmaster got horrible attitude from her from the get go. I tried to explain to here that nothing has changed with our mailbox for 50+ years and as soon as I got done talking the first thing she said to me after a long pause is "you done." I have never been treated more rude in my entire life and because I wouldn't cower down to her she stopped out mail for over a week and had a postal inspector come out to our house and he basically told us there was no reason she should have stopped our mail. Wish we had our previous mail lady back. She will be greatly missed. Funny how you have no issues for over 25 years and now all of a sudden when a new carrier starts every thing has gone down hill."

"We use to have one of the nicest mail carriers. Now this new rude carrier won’t even deliver our mail because she is scared of our dog who has never hurt anyone. We have and underground fence he won’t go over and she has a car??????? We have lived at the same residence for over 23 years and never had anything like this happen."
