"You can’t get ahold of a person even during business hours, my package went to the wrong place completely and I can’t even get ahold of someone to get my package!"

"The machine is worthless, and getting in contact with a person is not an option even during business hours. Delivery went to the wrong address as well cant get that back!"

"The worst UPS store I’ve ever had the displeasure of being in. First, my package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I looked at my email to see where it was and they were “unable to deliver it because no one was home”. I was home all day and not once did someone come to my door. Then they were supposed to deliver it Monday. They said they were “unable to deliver because no one was home.” My husband was home all day. I tried to change to pick up but could only get through to their automated message that tried charging me a pick up fee. A fee to do your job for you since you don’t seem to have anyone competent enough to do that? I digress. I contact the company that shipped it who was able to change it to pick up without a fee. I go there today and the man at the counter was one of the worst customer service employees I’ve ever met. He seemed so inconvenienced by me being there, was not friendly at all, and at the end just flicked my package toward me. If you don’t know how to interact with customers, don’t work in customer service. I’ve never had such a frustrating time trying to get a package. From their terrible drivers, robot phone system, and rude store workers, I’m not sure why I would ever choose to go through UPS ever again."

"When I walked in a young fella was taking up a box he didn't smile or anything he just said be right with you... I'm thinking yep he probably hates his job lol. I couldn't have been more wrong, he was very friendly and when I said wow that's a pretty plant he told me what kind it was and said thank you. So evidently he had a hand in lobby decor as there were several beautiful plants placed. I love to be wrong, especially when I pre judge. Good hire UPS!"

"Delivery drivers that come to our neighborhood often times don’t even attempt to deliver our packages. Our last package delivery the driver walked to the sidewalk, looked toward the house then slapped an “unable to deliver” sticker on our garage door. Didn’t even come to our door or try to. This is all visible on Ring camera while someone was home and dogs were crated. So disappointing."
