"Republic bought out Wallace a few months ago. We previously switched to wallace from Republic because wallace was half the price. But when Republic said our prices would stay the same, we decided to keep them. Today is the second time they dropped a trash bag on the ground and just left it. I don't seem to be the only one with this issue from reading other reviews."

"Took over for Wallace Bros in Vigo county. Didn’t empty both of our trash cans, called said they would send someone the next day. I called 5 days later and asked why no one showed up. Was told “your dogs knocked the can over”. Before you tell me a lie like this I would make sure the customer doesn’t have cameras that can see the trash cans or that their spouse wasn’t pulling out of the drive when you showed up and knows the cans weren’t knocked over by “the dog”. I have spent over 1.5 hours on hold trying to cancel service."

"We have a dumpster at our remote property. This requires Republic to drive out of their way. When we signed up we were quoted a certain price. Abigail Floyd has helped to ensure, that we are being treated fairly on that price, timeliness of pickup and condition of our dumpster. We are very happy with our service. Thank you to Republic and especially Abigail for all her efforts to make sure the customer is being taken care of."

"Republic recently purchased Wallace Brothers out of Brazil, IN. Wallace Bros. has been servicing our area for a number of years, and has done a wonderful job! This week was the first week that Republic has taken over, and their crew emptied every bin on our street - except ours. My bin was out at the street early, my neighbor across the street and down the street (dead end) were all emptied, and the driver just drove by our home without even slowing down. I have it all documented on my ring camera. Repeated calls have been ignored, and no response from them either by phone or text. I will be switching to another service, and I highly recommend others do the same."

The part that impresses me the most, is our territory Executive takes the time to do an account review each year to ensure we are maximizing our return with their services, and we have a voice for any concerns when they happen to ensure a continued and thriving partnership.
