"About the same as it was 10 years ago but with more pleasant staff, which is great because I'd dealt with rude employees nearly every visit before. Went in (for the first time in 10 years) strictly for Blue Diamond Naturals. The website showed this location carried it and was in stock at a slightly lower price than other stores. Unfortunately not only did they not have it, they don't carry it all. We needed kibble right then and browsed for a similar quality food. Found and settled on Whole Hearted grain free beef and rice. It's the same price as what we wanted but for 10lbs fewer. Still, we needed it right then. The dogs love it, didn't have any trouble adjusting, and had no negative side effects. Unlike Wholesomes which turned our dogs' (all 3!) urine horribly smelly, making us think it was causing sudden UTIs but thankfully it was just a side effect. We stopped using it the same week we got it. One of the groomers was on the floor and was very nice to my husband on her way back to her area as his little dog pooed on the floor. The cashier was friendly enough and said signing up for their rewards program or something would give a discount on the food. We already had one but did not receive any discount. I can't attest to the live animals as I didn't stop to look at any except to show my youngest girl the ferrets. Historically the animal care was lacking but next visit I'll certainly be looking at them all! The ferret display was very clean however and they were relaxed."

"Place is all kinds of pets and supplies. Not as big of a selection as I would like to see in a town that has hardly any stores dedicated to pets. All in all a great store. They have live crickets and a nice selection of pets."
