"Customer service is lacking. Called to make a complaint about the drive leaving a temperature sensitive box of meds on my front porch without getting the required signature. They acted like it was no big deal and quickly hung up on me. This is the second month in a row this has happened. Also the driver speeds through my neighborhood that's full of kids. They have hit rocks in people's yards along with my retaining wall several times. On day it won't just be a rock one day it will be someone's child."
"Package marked as delivered at the exact same time the package was marked out for delivery... The problem is, the package was never delivered. We have a video doorbell and no packages were delivered at that time or anytime that day. UPS customer service is automated and if you request to speak to a person it hangs up on you! Very frustrating! These were Christmas Gifts for kids, now we can't get them in time... Where is our package? Where is the accountability? Even the response is not helpful! I don't utilize any of these social media platforms, how about having a real life person that can fix the problem?!?"
"I was actually there for delivery driver training. Everyone I've met have been very nice. Something that is a rarity...the bosses provide lunch for their drivers, not sure if that happens every Thursday or just this one? Regardless, what a wonderful gesture UPS!"
"Please explain how a package can be scanned as out for delivery almost a week ago and not arrived to my house 20 minutes from the UPS facility. Absolute joke. You have to know which driver had that package on their truck. How it gets lost in 15 miles on that truck is what I would like to know. According to your custmer service rep it was scanned as leaving your facility on Oct 25th. It was never scanned as delivered and it's now Oct 31st. I am in the transportation business. I know that when something is loaded on one of our trucks and it's not delivered there is more to it than telling the customer it is his responsibility to file a claim."
"Delivery employee thinks it’s ok to enter residence without being invited in or told to put package inside when no one is there. Entered through the back door. Never went to the front door. I found this out because the package was inside the house. When I called to talk to someone about it, I was told the employee is new and he would talk to him. They should both be fired. One for entering a residence and the other for allowing it without reprimand. No excuse as to why he entered my residence is acceptable. No one was crying for help and no fire. No sign of storms of any kind. NO EXCUSE!!!! UPS is not allowed on my property and I will not use their services ever again."
