These guys rearranged their schedule to get my water back on after a pipe freeze a day earlier than expected, went above and beyond any expectation I had, they were professional and cleaned up after they were done. A special shout out to Bethany and Dixie the office manager and dispatcher who came to my rescue on their own time to help me out with an issue that they did not have to do! "I found Elite Drain & Septic based on an interview with Trussville Tribune when we needed a cleaning or so we thought. Turns out we needed a cleaning but also had a line issue that the guys identified immediately and quickly repaired to avoid any type of backup into our home. The guys worked quickly, arrived timely and cleaned up so well, you can’t even tell the digging that had to be completed. Gary, Anthony and Bethany were all extremely helpful and professional from the initial call for scheduling and completing the work. Lastly and equally important the prices were extremely reasonable. "We have had Elite out to our house three times this year. - The first time was in April for a drain clean out, the two guys that were here left a pretty big mess in our basement. I wasn’t super happy about that experience, but they were able to at least fix the issue at the time. - The second time was at the beginning of August for another drain clean out, which at the time thought we needed a septic tank clean out (even though we just moved in two years ago), but went ahead and tried to unclog the drain. The guy who came out was pretty young. I believe his name was Skyler (I am the worst with names), we called on a Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon he was out. He left no mess, in and out in about an hour, maybe less. - A week later we started having the same issues again, we called on Friday (August 25) and Elite came out this morning (Monday, August 28) for a septic clean out. They were here for about an hour, we watched them since the last time it was “cleaned out” (by a different company) we nor the sellers of the house were here. They made sure the water was going back into the tank prior to covering it back up and leaving. Overall each time they responded quickly. They explained what they were seeing and gave us tips to keep everything running in good shape. Hopefully we don’t have to call again any time soon, but will definitely keep using them in the future."
