"Only just started with cooks but everyone has been nice and helpful. The sales people were not pushy and the technician seemed to be knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time studying our situation before just spraying everything the way I've seen other companies work. To me he was a young boy but he was up in his twenties. He seemed to know what and where to look. Then he made a plan and worked it at least that's how it seemed to me. I feel the need to impress how nice and genuine everyone has been. Time will tell if they kill bugs. We bought this house about a year and a half ago. No bugs at first then slowly they started showing up one by one. I can deal with about anything except bugs in my house. If I want bugs I'll go outside."
