About the FedEx OnSite
FedEx OnSite is conveniently located inside Walgreens at 115 Fields Street in Mooresville, Indiana. You can easily pick up or drop off your FedEx pre-labeled packages at this location, saving you the hassle of waiting at home for a delivery or making an extra trip. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at Walgreens.
If you received a QR code from an online store, you can bring it to Walgreens and have a team member print your label and process your return. There are no additional fees for using this FedEx OnSite location, and most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages are accepted.
Please note that all packages must be securely sealed, properly labeled, and in good condition. Walgreens does not accept dangerous goods or hazardous materials, except for UN 3373. If you need assistance with packing supplies or shipping hazardous materials, you can visit a staffed FedEx location in Mooresville.
Returns are also accepted at this location, as long as your package has a pre-printed FedEx label. If you don't have a label, you can request one from participating online stores and bring your email with the QR code to Walgreens for printing. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility.
For any additional assistance or questions, you can contact 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339). Please ensure that all packages are boxed, sealed, and labeled before dropping them off at the Walgreens location. FedEx OnSite at Walgreens does not provide shipping or packing materials, so be sure to come prepared with your package ready to ship.

Reviews of FedEx OnSite
"The Walgreens employees are (mostly) helpful, but they never scan in packages so you know when they’re ready for pickup. This results in you having to make multiple trips if you have more than one package to pick up and increases the risk a package could be lost or sent back, which is exactly what scheduling a pickup at an OnSite location is supposed to prevent. I hope they improve on this."
"Inside Walgreens. NO Signage for FedEx - Not inside or outside store. Only a drop off hub - if you have it prepackaged with label already on it. I went to 2 locations in Mooresville. First one didn't exist and never had been one there. Second was this, which is ridiculous to find since there's no sign. Called customer service multiple times and could not reach a human for customer assistance."
"Not an actual fed ex. They ONLY do prepackaged. Not helpful."
"Walgreens has no shipping envelopes nor will they print a label to ship. Only used as a drop off of packages already packaged, taped, and labeled. No Fedex customer support or help."
"I paid for overnight service for an envelope package from Pensacola Florida to Indianapolis. It was shipped on a Monday and they lost the item in Memphis Tennessee.the item got stuck in Memphis Tennessee for 16 hours and for the life of me I don't understand what they were doing with my overnight priority package in Memphis Tennessee for it to stay there for 16 hours.so nevertheless I did not get my package Tuesday morning like I was scheduled to because I paid for it. Instead I didn't get my overnight envelope package until mid-afternoon Wednesday. And they did not offer for me to get a refund on my fee that I paid for overnight service. I think FedEx has forgotten or they just don't care that people spend their hard-earned money that have a package delivered overnight but they're in the business of stealing other people's money when they don't deliver packages like they say that they're going to for the amount of money that you're going to spend to have this done. This is not the first time I've had problems with FedEx. And when you talk to them on the phone it's almost like talking to the Berlin Wall. And it doesn't do any good to go to UPS because they're worse than FedEx are. FedEx even lost a brand new laptop I ordered for my daughter. And I had to charge it back my credit card because they lost the item and it took three months the even have that done. My advice is don't use FedEx or UPS unless you are a business and you have no choice and you have enough funds to absorb any deliveries that don't get delivered on time. Use FedEx and UPS at your own risk. If you need something right away I would probably go with a local courier service"
