"My 86 year old mother went into this post office to get a package I had sent to her from Amazon. She has a post office box and usps wouldn't deliver to her address. She goes in during their limited hour time to be told her package isn't there (untrue, tracking number puts it at that location 2 days earlier). She says to her they are busy and she needs to come back tomorrow with the tracking number. They are short staffed and won't be able to leave on time. Now she has to go back in with an easily found tracking number and waste her time getting this diabetic nutrition package. What an unprofessional, lazy group of people. If she doesn't get her package tomorrow, they will have a bigger problem. Go to UPS store or any other town but here please"
"Tried to mail a package. Worst service, rude clerk, no wonder they get bad reviews. Unbelievable."
"I always have trouble getting my packages. They keep giving me Mail that’s not mine even after me updating my information."
"Simply the worst service I've ever encountered. They fail to deliver packages every chance they get. They need to close this location and run everything through Zionsville."
"Mail person has not delivered our mail in over two weeks. No notice, it just stopped. We had mail in our box for serval days waiting for pick up. When we finally realized no one was coming and we picked up at Whitestown Post Office who told us they are only counter help and can’t answer why our mail person doesn’t come down our road. To be fair there is construction on our road, but guess what 7 families travel our road each day and many , many construction workers manage to make it down our road to get to their jobs. What if your paycheck didn’t come??? That’s how we get our pay check. Your making what I consider to be a an honorable and respectable profession look down right lazy and lackadaisical! Do better or find a job you’re capable of doing. I don’t get paid to do your job nor does the postal service put fuel in my vehicle to do your job!"
