"Why do they deliver my furniture, leave it laying in the yard for it to be stolen or stormed on and ruined then they put in the system they left at a safe ace at my front door. They have done this on more than one occasion. I had 2 separate deliveries yesterday and they did it to me twice. I'm 68 years old with 2 fractures and needing shoulder replacement. I called and reported twice and told them someone needs to come and put this on my front porch at my door like they were supposed to do and said they did it that way. They said someone will be calling you to tell you what time they will be there. No one calls or shows up. Next morning I see my furniture is not stolen still in the front yard; but a storm is getting near so my furniture is close to becoming damaged and ruined. I call again and same reply. No one ever came but I got a stranger off the street to help me. I shouldn't have to do that. Fed ex needs to do their job that we pay them to do."

"The WORST of delivery. Never on time with my packages. ALWAYS get to my house at least 3 to 4 days out from scheduled. And I filed 3 complaints! And none of the attendants fulfilled me upon my electronic mail attempts. Poor service. Be more like U.P.S.; on time or (as they're always are) too early with deliveries."
