"Excellent Attorney!"
"Awesome Man! Not like the run of the mill attorney!"
"Wrote up a horrible land contract for my aunt with both of them lying to me about the amount of interest I would be paying until I read it myself. Also threatened to cause me to lose the money I had already invested if I didn't sign. He's now helping her to try and scam me out of my home and land as I am in the final year of paying it off and haven't missed one payment. Which makes sense when u Google his name and see something about a texas gold scam he was allegedly involved in. Everything in this review is alleged and as it appears to me now, if it turns out I'm wrong I'll remove or change it."
"Without Mr. Manns in divorce court, my ex husband would have gotten away with paying low child support or marital maintenance. My two sons were just toddlers when my ex husband abandoned us. We had to go back to court one more time after the divorce was final to make sure my ex husband paid support as ordered. That was almost 20 years ago and I still owe him some fees and he has been courteous enough to wait for the balance until I'm able to afford. He and his wife are a very delightful and most importantly knowledgeable of the law."
"STAY AWAY! 1. Every time elections come up he runs for judge and ignores all his clients 2. He made us late to a hearing because he didn't get up early. 3. He thinks that giving a client advice on how to present evidence is "coaching the witness" and he'll refuse. 4. He has a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR fraud case against him and his wife that he's still paying on. So unless you're a sure thing, he'll just ignore you. 5. Hard to get in contact with him. Even harder to get him to go over case records. 6. You can guarantee that the questions he asks you in the car on the way to the hearing are the only info he knows about your case. 7. He has no paralegal, so you'll have to do all the footwork. 8. He told me he once sued a guy for getting another lawyer and the disabled guy had to pay him. There's more, but I think this is enough. Just stay away from this guy. You'll starve before he wins."
