"Michelle is awesome. That's the only reason for the five star review. The new clerk needs to be a little better trained. The new clerk needs to STOP sending packages and other mail back to the senders. There are times that we get mail that can't be delivered to a PO box number and we have no choice but to put our house address on there. It's almost like a punishment to those who have to have a PO box number. There's enough people that live in town to set up delivery to the houses."

"Time sensitive mail is missed due the their hours of operation. Working class people make it home after 5 pm and leave to work before 8 am. They are only opened from 12pm-4pm! Who does that?"
"Nice staff. But the hours are ridiculous. It makes it impossible to check my mail. I work during the self serve hours. I mean come on. We can't get our mail at our house so why have such dumb hours to where the people that do work can't get there mail."
