"The Signer statue depicts George Clymer, a Philadelphia native and abolitionist, who was only 1 of 6 men who signed both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Although he was a Quaker, he served in the Revolutionary War. This statue is in a free garden next to the Second Bank that's open to the public daily."
"Nice little commemoration and a cute garden."
"I was walking around the area looking at everything when I came upon this small garden and the statue and just feel in love with it. I have no idea how many pictures I took but It was a lot. It really is a quiet area."
"Signer’s Garden is a small park located within Independence National Historical Park. There is a beautiful bronze statue that is a tribute to the signers of The Declaration of Independence and the courage they displayed. It is a beautiful statue in a lovely space surrounded by history. The park is more of a green space or garden area. There are benches to relax or people watch. There is a lot of nature."
"Pretty little park downtown Philadelphia. Not too much to see here. A beautiful statue, some plaques, and some flowers. Great little walk-through."
