"Today my packages were left in the emergency weather box again . It was a sunny, dry day. I am disappointed in the service from my local post office. I do not understand why my packages are not delivered properly to my front door. Instead they are regularly overstuffed into my mailbox . The emergency weather box is for use during extreme winter weather. I had no choice but to add this box, because the nearly 10 mile round trip to post office multiple time a week is impractical. The office hours do not fit our schedule for pickup. I order things routinely from Amazon, and they are able to deliver. UPS delivers. Mr Neier, my previous mail carrier, delivered for 15 years with no trouble."

"I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm at this post office weekly, and these workers are awesome. They are always helpful, never seem to have a bad attitude. Great service, clean facility. Happy postal customer here!"

"We've received pretty poor service from this establishment from the last year from the manager. We have watched her throw our packages more times than we can count. Bernice has been an absolute pleasure though. She's the reason I'm giving 4 stars and not one. She makes every experience so nice, and she's such a sweetheart. I'm really grateful for her. She deserves a raise."

"Unacceptable service. They left an expensive package in the mailbox when it was supposed to be delivered to the door and SIGNED for. They also LIED on the delivery confirmation and stated that it had been signed by a resident. This was not the first time they have stuffed a much too large package into the mailbox against the delivery instructions and common decency."

"It would be nice if they'd actually stay open until 4:30. I work until 4pm and have a hard time getting there before 4:30. If the package is too large for my mailbox, I have to pick it up at the window. I walked in at 4:28 yesterday (6/17/19) and they were closed...."
