"My car started smoking and overheating. I thought I had blown my radiator. So I called Down and Out towing and with in 20mins a driver came to help me. We inspected my car and found out that one of my hoses to my coolant tank was disconnected. He helped me put back together then gave me a ride to O’Reillys to get coolant. They were fast, friendly and gave me a great price. I will be calling them again we I break down."

"Mike was great! We were 45 minutes away from home when we broke down. Mike called within in moments of me completing the roadside assistance request with my insurance company to make sure we knew the time frame in which he would arrive. He offered to give us a ride back to Terre Haute which was a lifesaver on a Sunday afternoon! Rain was expected, so we took shelter in the nearby park inn. Mike showed up earlier than expected and loaded our vehicle in the rain. He then waited for us while we hustled to meet him at the park entrance. The ride back to town was comfortable, the conversation was pleasant. We will be using him again in the future!"

"I called this company at 8:30 am to tow my car. They said they would tow it for me for $180. They also said it would take 90 mins to get to my car. I said okay. 90 mins go by and I haven't heard from anyone nor have I received any updates. I called them about 10 times and roadside assistance called them a few times as well and no one answered. I waited an extra hour because that's how long it took to get my car to where I was. Still no one called or showed up. I called the business that I left my vehicle at and they said it was still there. So they never showed up to get it nor called back. So I ended up having to find someone else. They truly wasted my time with their unprofessional actions and I will never ask them to tow my car again."
