"Had the worst experience here today with the rudest person ive ever met! Even the customer walking in as i was leaving seen him working & wasn't happy to see him there. Fire him! He has idea how to talk to people with any respect! The young is that is usually working here is the sweetest nicest lady! Keep her!"

"New person April is such a delight. I usually don't leave feedback but she deserves it. I recall her working at several other offices and her personality is definitely note-worthy. All of the NW Indiana branches that I have patronized could take a lesson from her. I hope she stays because this one is closer to my home. I get tired of driving around looking for better service."

"I'm not sure what is going lately but the mail delivery is very late plus we've been getting our neighbor's mail in our mailbox for the last 2 days. This concerns me as to where our mail is being delivered? It's a good thing I know the due dates on my bills and pay most electronically before their due dates. I've been delivering our neighbor's mail to them which is supposed to be the USPS job. Guess you owe me 2 days pay, eh?"

"CONSTANTLY putting my packages on my neighbors porch, despite my house number being on the front of my house. Once stopped to mail a package on Saturday, clock said 11:54, and she literally SHUT THE DOOR IN MY FACE and told me they were closed. I told her it is not noon and she just shook her head and walked away. COMPLETELY clueless when it comes to competency and customer service."

"If I could post less than a 1 star I would. The hours are completely arbitrary as they open and close however they feel. They say they open at 8:00 yet you arrive at 8:30 and the doors are locked with no one to be found. I'm glad I took the time out of my morning to drive all the way there for no reason."
