"Gentleman working Saturday 01/27/24 was very rude, unprofessional and impatient. If he had to do anything to help a customer he made you very aware and almost made it sound like it was an outrage. Should not be working in a customer service capacity!"

"Always missing mail (including bills). I got one bill two months late, which caused me a late fee and a hit on my credit TWICE! Absolutely horrible when it comes to dependability. Some days they don’t even deliver mail, when their email shows what’s expected. Some days I’ll get half of what is shown, and maybe the rest the next time they deliver mail. Their post office is also bad. Super slow moving lines, and rude attendants that obviously hate their job or don’t want to be at work. It’s like they don’t care. At least FedEx and UPS are more dependable and timely. At least they’ll deliver to the correct address and on the day it’s scheduled to arrive."

"I would recommend not shipping items from Amazon through USPS. I had a part for my vehicle that I expected in on a Saturday. USPS claimed they could not find the address, when they have delivered to it dozens of times before. When I went in to this location to ask about the status of my package and explained what was going on, the employee said' "this is the new normal". He blamed temporary workers and out of area drivers. After several calls and hours of time spent trying to get my package, it came to Tuesday evening and I had not gotten anywhere. I had to cancel my auto shop appointment for Wednesday morning, which I had to schedule several weeks out, because the part could not be delivered. I will never ship anything through the postal service again. This is a prime example of why I believe mail service needs to be privatized."
