"Great team here. Have been going to this location for over half a decade. Never had an issue. Always helpful, attentive, and they will help you as much as they possibly can to get your package to its destination. If you need them to print you a label, have them scan the label from your phone. Once they scan, they can print/create a barcode. Write out the address on a sheet they provide and you’ll be able to ship your package. If you need tape, ask nicely and they’ll help you out. No nonsense here. Be nice!"

"A package was delivered to the wrong address. My address us clearly visible above my garage door. But instead, the package was delivered to a neighbors house, a couple of doors away. Those neighbors are not home and will not be until late this evening. My package is perishable and is now sitting in the rain on the neighbors porch. I am disabled, and not capable of going there and lifting an 18 pound package to bring it back to my home! Is FEDEX going to send the driver back to deliver this package to me???? By the time the neighbors get home & can deliver it to me, it will all be spoiled. This is not the first time that people in my neighborhood have had trouble with FedEx being delivered to the wrong place. I am very unhappy at this point. And if I have my way, I will never have anything come to me by way of FedEx ever again if this problem is not resolved soon."

"I revised this review. I was upset that the driver did not leave the package when it was sent with no signature required. However after it was almost sent back, I learned at the distribution center that FedEx must get a signature if the delivery is for a business. If that is the case, they should make it clear to the sender that there is no such thing as no signature required when the delivery is for a business."

"I came close to closing time on a Saturday and the staff was amazing! Two people waved and said hi when I walked in and everyone was super polite. I didn't expect that going in so close to closing. This was a super quick and easy visit. Loved it! I was returning item. Will definitely go here again VS. a drop off location."

"We had to take 2 extremely large boxes up to kankakee fed ex and THE MANAGER Germalia refused to take the boxes because she doesn't know how to process shipping of electronics. Said come back Monday or drive 45 minutes to another place. How does someone make manager and not know how to *checks notes* ship stuff at a shipping center?!?!? She was lazy and just didn't want to deal with the boxes. Ridiculous"
