"We are a grain exporter. Muddy Waters reached out, quoted us; we gave them loads. Then they came back for more money multiple times (within a week), leveraged us on a Friday afternoon on loads they had already agreed to haul, then ultimately didnt perform on over half the loads we gave them. They dont know what they are doing / shipper beware. The only thing browner than Muddy Waters is the color of the service."
