"Awful experience. Very unprofessional leadership. The movers were taking very long with things (smoke breaks, bantering etc). So, with the hope to push them a long, I outright directed them to focus on the big furniture and leave the boxes. They ignored me and the move took way too long and it was very costly., Unfortunately, I paid them as payment is due upon delivery and I didn’t want to take it up with movers (I would just call management on Monday). Well, guess what? They treated us like crap since they already had our money. They didn’t offer even a respectful conversation. I get frustrated just writing this. Stay away! And if you don’t, don’t trust that they will make their wrongs right. Use the money to motivate them to be kind. They don’t care about the customer or their employees.i have another story for that but I’ll end it here."
"Jerrell, Loveless, and Keith were awesome! These guys worked very hard and efficiently. It was freezing cold and snowy and they still managed to keep going. We had some scratches and a couple of gouges on a few pieces, however, we believe Two Men and a Truck will take good care of us!"
"Worked with Kenzie on preparing for my cross country move. She was awesome, always got back to me promptly! She was fully prepared for every question I had and was a joy to work with! If you call be sure to ask for her. The physical move was done with Daniel and another guy (whom we’ve forgotten his name). Daniel and his team member made me feel confident in our move and the loading of the crates. Extremely courteous of our belongs and a great communicator. Thank you two men and a truck Fort Wayne!"
