"Never take any loads from here. They FCFS , they don’t care about your ELD and other. Checked in at 17.30 pm and per shipper load was ready, but they don’t have docks available. It’s been 19 hours and no door yet. And 6 trucks behind my truck still. So I assume they load 1 pallet in one day Please don’t waste your time and your money and nervous. It’s soooo stupid shipper and all people here. They like playing game with truck drivers, making fun(((. Please listen my advice"

"Maybe 1 of 5 visits here goes well. Today is a DID NOT go well day. Checked in at 13:22 on the sign in sheet. At about 21:00 the desk clerk looks in the computer drivers log in data & they list me as checking in at 16:00. I will be here so long that I will just finish sitting out my 10 hour break. Oh, currently it looks like 10 other trucks are also still waiting on a dock. 3 "experiencedl loaders on duty, 1 minimally experienced loader on duty. They do not care about how long the contractors trucks sit around waiting & seem to even bump THEIR trailers to the front of the line occasionally. Also, why do they almost always have about a 45 minute wait AFTER loading is completed to call and say its done?? NONE of their other locations have this occur. This location needs new management with a higher level of experience & leadership for efficiency....and a few more trained loaders. The place is too large & USUALLY too busy for this minimal crew. Hey, there's my opinion. I am here semi-frequently. Pardon any typos..."
