"Many of these photos show the lovely homes and shops along Bohemia Avenue in Chesapeake City, Maryland. This town is CHARMING and is well loved by those who reside here and own quaint storefronts including some B & B’s and fabulous restaurants such as the Chesapeake Inn and Bayard House. Rich in history, a visitor will find signage in specific areas explaining the heritage of certain homes and other notable sites. You will see in the last three images a large vessel passing through the Chesapeake and Delaware (C & D) Canal of which I had the pleasure to witness during my last visit. I recommend researching this area to learn more of what this lovely place has to offer and then plan a trip to experience its sweetness, firsthand. I love this place. ❤️"
